at Cal Fed he supervised
the disposition
of over 7,000 properties

than $1 Billion.
Prior
to joining Cal
Fed, Mr. Benjamin
was the Commercial
REO Portfolio Manager
for the Resolution
Trust Corporation
(“RTC”)
at the Lincoln
Savings site in
Phoenix, Arizona.
He supervised the
successful disposition
of over $250 Million
in commercial real
estate for the
RTC. Mr.
Benjamin was a
licensed real estate
broker and investor
for over a decade
before representing
the U.S. Government
on the sale of
the largest book
balance assets
in the RTC inventory.
Vic
has served as a
keynote speaker
and panel member
for REO seminars
at various national
and state Mortgage
Bankers Association
(“MBA”),
REO Managers Association
(“REOMAC”),
and USFN conferences
and seminars held
throughout the
country. He was
elected to serve
for two years as
a member of the
Board of Directors
